Final Paper Submission

Conference proceedings

Your final paper in PDF format must be submitted no later than May 19, 2022 23:59 (UTC -0700) at this web site: https://epapers.org/eftf-ifcs2022. Your paper must comply with the specifications outlined on the web site, and this acceptance letter. Due to publication deadlines, no time extensions will be granted.

Your completed IEEE copyright release must also be filed by May 19, 2022 23:59 (UTC -0700). After logging into your author account, click the red "X" in the copyright column of your accepted paper & follow on-screen instructions. This will begin the digital filing process for your copyright release.

NOTE: this ONLY applies if you intend to publish in the Conference Proceedings & Xplore.

In the event that you choose to submit your original abstract submission as your final paper, you must resubmit for Proceedings and IEEE Xplore publication.

If you do NOT intend to publish a final paper associated with this meeting, please log into your author account, click the edit icon (pencil) next to your paper ID and respond "NO" to the question: Do you intend to submit a full final paper for publication?

Authors are reminded that plagiarism, including self-plagiarism [inclusion of author(s) generated material from previously published work], is strictly monitored by the Conference through the IEEE iThenticate tool. iThenticate compares submitted manuscripts against a database of published technical papers and web page content, and provides the Technical Program Committee with a summary report that highlights the similarity to previously published work. The Technical Program Committee will review submissions with greater than 55% of their total content as previously published for rejection from publication in the Proceedings and IEEE Xplore.

You are also required to perform IEEE Xplore compliance checking (as outlined below) prior to uploading your paper to the paper submission site (https://epapers.org/eftf-ifcs2022).

It is required that all PDF submissions be IEEE Xplore compliant. If your file does not meet Xplore compliance it will not be published. To help you meet this requirement, you must FIRST check to ensure that your PDF file is compliant by using the IEEE PDF eXpress system BEFORE you submit your paper to the conference final submission web site.

  1. Go to the IEEE PDF eXpress web site: https://ieee-pdf-express.org
  2. Use this conference ID: 54560X
  3. Use PDF eXpress to check or create your PDF file
  4. Once you have a GOOD PDF file, return to the EFTF-IFCS 2022 final submission web site (https://epapers.org/eftf-ifcs2022) and upload your final submission.

NOTE: checking your PDF file for compliance and submitting your final paper for publication are two separate procedures. After using the IEEE PDF eXpress system for file compliance, MAKE SURE to return to the EFTF-IFCS 2022 final submission web site (https://epapers.org/eftf-ifcs2022) and upload your compliant final submission.
